WEBAC® 1405 CE
WEBAC® 1405 is a CE-certified PU injection resin for crack injection; due to its delayed foam reaction the material has a good penetration in thicker structures.
Range of Application
- Crack repair in concrete according to EN 1504-5
- Injection of injection tubes (National Test Certificate)
- Sealing of construction joints
- Damp proof course (dpc) and sealing in masonry
- Sealing of foundation pits
- Sealing injections in tunnels, bridges, etc.
Properties
- Polyurethan-based injection resin
- High elasticity, e.g. during component movement
- Slight foam formation
- Good adhesive power, high edge adhesion to concrete, steel, polymer
- High shear strength
- Resistance to bitumen, coal tar pitch, existing sealings
- Adjustable reaction time (accelerator WEBAC® B14)
- With accelerator also suitable for use at low temperatures
- Total solid
Application
- Injection by 1C pump
WEBAC® 1405: injection resin for repairing even the finest cracks
The low viscosity PU injection resin WEBAC® 1405 is designed for closing and sealing even the finest cracks. WEBAC® 1405 is suitable for the closing, sealing and limited-flexibility filling of dry, damp and water-bearing cracks. WEBAC® 1405 can also be used for filling and sealing cavities in concrete, brick and natural stone building structures. It is used in bridge, tunnel and shaft construction as well as in structural and civil engineering. WEBAC® 1405 (PU resin BASt list) complies with DIN V 18028 and is certified according to DIN EN 1504‑5 for areas relevant to structural stability.
WEBAC® 1405 is characterized by its excellent edge adhesion and toxicological safety
The PU injection resin is characterized by its excellent edge adhesion to dry, damp and wet mineral substrates. WEBAC® 1405 is resistant to common substances and chemicals. The fully cured material is also characterized by its toxicological safety. In salt-loaded building structures, WEBAC® 1405 renders the dissolved salts at the interfaces between filling material and structural element inert. Compatibility with concrete, foil, steel, masonry mortar and sheathing of cables is given.
In case of water-bearing cracks under hydrostatic pressure it must be checked on site whether a preliminary injection of the water stopping PU injection foam resin WEBAC® 150 (application according to ZTV‑ING (RISS)) is necessary.
