WEBAC cleaners: products for cleaning and maintaining injection pumps 

The product group of WEBAC cleaning agents comprises two products for cleaning and rinsing pumps and tools. We also offer a care product for injection pumps. 
 

WEBAC cleaning agents: our products

WEBAC_® Cleaner A
WEBAC_® Cleaner A is used for intermediate and final cleaning after injection processes. Thanks to its high dissolving capacity it is ideal for removing liquid epoxy resins and PU resins. WEBAC_® Cleaner A is mainly used for rinsing and cleaning injection pumps and other devices. 

WEBAC_® Cleaner A is a cleaning agent with mild odor. It is not subject to the Ordinance on Incentive Taxes on Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC).
 

WEBAC_® Cleaner B
WEBAC_® Cleaner B is characterized by its high dissolving capacity. It can be used for etching cured resin and is also suitable for dissolving cured resin. If necessary, allow WEBAC_® Cleaner B to work in over a longer period to be able to remove cured materials. 

WEBAC_® Cleaner B may only be used for external cleaning of pumps – and for removing material residues from tools and dismounted pump parts without plastic gaskets. Important: the cleaning agent must not be used for routine cleaning or rinsing injection pumps! 

The cleaner has a very light amine odor. Prolonged contact with plastics should be avoided due to the high dissolving capacity of WEBAC Cleaner B. Plastics may swell and be destroyed.
 

WEBAC_® Lubricant
WEBAC_® Lubricant is a care product for injection pumps. It is filled into the pump after cleaning if prolonged standstill periods are to be expected.
