The conversion and restoration of the listed historic building was completed in 1998. The basement wall structure, the column pedestal and the spray water plinth were protected from moisture penetration in a sustainable manner. Within a representative partial area, the historic façade coating had to be provided with a reversible protection. The spray water plinth was protected in accordance with these requirements together with the exterior wall sealing.
